Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy last 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Wall Stars believe in helping our customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

    • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
    • A refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
    • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.
    • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
    • In case of any Refunds approved by Wall Stars, it’ll take 1-2 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, you can simply create a request from your Wall Stars Account or Send a message over WhatsApp or Call us on the helpline number +91-7722994470 or you can send us an email at support@wallstars.in and send your item to: {physical address}.

 

Shipping Returns

All your return shipping are covered by US, you are just needed to raise a Return Request from your account and pack the product, our delivery partners will come to you location and pickup the order from you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
